    Inconsistency with other acts

    Soil & Water Conservation Districts (SWC) CHAPTER 9-B, ARTICLE 3

    § 14. Inconsistency with other acts. Insofar as any of the provisions
    of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law,
    the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling.
