Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 2-D
§ 48. Not within jurisdiction of public service commission. The
acquisition, construction, reconstruction or improvement of any omnibus
transportation capital project by the Utica transit authority pursuant
to this article shall not be subject to the jurisdiction of the public
service commission except as provided in sections sixty-eight,
sixty-nine, sixty-nine-a, sixty-nine-b, sixty-nine-c and sixty-nine-d of
the transportation corporations law.
