Definition of town ordinance
Town (TWN) CHAPTER 62, ARTICLE 9
§ 131. Definition of town ordinance. A town ordinance includes also a
rule or regulation of the town board, for the violation of which a
penalty is imposed; and each provision of this chapter relating to the
enforcement of an ordinance applies to such rule or regulation.
