Additional powers of sewer districts
Town (TWN) CHAPTER 62, ARTICLE 12
§ 190-f. Additional powers of sewer districts. Notwithstanding any
other provision of law a sewer district may also exercise all the powers
of a wastewater disposal district if the map and plan prepared pursuant
to section one hundred ninety-c of this article includes on-site
wastewater disposal systems.
