§ 69. Duties of town board with respect to justice courts. Each town
board shall provide for each justice of the peace such statutes,
manuals, books, forms and supplies as may be necessary for the proper
administration of his office. The expenses incurred in complying with
the foregoing provisions shall be a town charge within the meaning of
this chapter.
