    SECTION 1905

    No costs on plea of bankruptcy

    Uniform District Court Act (UDC) CHAPTER 565, ARTICLE 19

    § 1905. No costs on plea of bankruptcy.

    Where the defendant recovers judgment upon the defense of bankruptcy,
    he shall not be entitled to costs.
