    Application of uniform district court act

    Uniform District Court Act (UDC) CHAPTER 565, ARTICLE 25, TITLE 1

    § 2501. Application of uniform district court act. The civil and
    criminal jurisdiction of and practice and procedure in the district
    court of Suffolk county shall be as set forth in the uniform district
    court act.
