    Mechanic's lien; venue

    Uniform District Court Act (UDC) CHAPTER 565, ARTICLE 3

    § 302. Mechanic's lien; venue.

    An action to establish a mechanic's lien on real property shall be
    brought in the district in which such property or a part thereof is
    situated.
