    Venue; rules

    Uniform District Court Act (UDC) CHAPTER 565, ARTICLE 3

    § 307. Venue; rules.

    Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, the rules may
    establish a part or parts of the court where designated classes of cases
    shall be brought or tried.
