    Pleadings; verification

    Uniform District Court Act (UDC) CHAPTER 565, ARTICLE 9

    § 908. Pleadings; verification.

    Verification of pleadings shall be governed by the CPLR, except that
    if a pleading be not formal it need not be verified. The court in such
    instance may require a formal pleading as provided in subdivision (e) of
    § 902, and order its verification.
