    SECTION 116

    Flammable liquid

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 1, ARTICLE 1

    § 116. Flammable liquid. Any liquid which has a flash point of eighty
    degrees Fahrenheit, or less, as determined by a tagliabue or equivalent
    open-cup test device.
