    Traffic-control signal

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 1, ARTICLE 1

    § 154. Traffic-control signal. Any device, whether manually,
    electrically, or mechanically operated, by which traffic is alternately
    directed to stop and permitted to proceed.
