    Disposition of revenue and penalties

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 8, ARTICLE 44-C

    § 1705. Disposition of revenue and penalties. The Triborough bridge
    and tunnel authority shall establish and collect central business
    district tolls, fees and other charges as provided in subdivision
    twelve-a of section five hundred fifty-three of the public authorities
    law.
