    SECTION 212

    Transfer of records and property

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 2

    § 212. Transfer of records and property. All books, papers and records
    of the bureau of motor vehicles in the department of taxation and
    finance shall be transmitted to the department of motor vehicles and the
    commissioner shall take possession thereof.
