    SECTION 2131

    Evidence of criminal intent or knowledge

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 10, ARTICLE 46

    § 2131. Evidence of criminal intent or knowledge. In a prosecution for
    a crime specified in this article, evidence that the defendant has
    committed a prior act or acts of the same kind is admissible to prove
    criminal intent or knowledge.
