    Effect on other laws

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 10, ARTICLE 46

    § 2132. Effect on other laws. The penal provisions of this article in
    no way repeal or modify any existing provision of the penal law but are
    additional and supplementary thereto.
