    Violations

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 11, ARTICLE 48-B

    § 2289. Violations. Any person who violates any provision of this
    article or regulation adopted pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a
    traffic infraction.
