    Rules and regulations

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 11, ARTICLE 48-B

    § 2290. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall make such rules
    and regulations as he may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of
    this article.
