Stay of further proceedings
Village (VIL) CHAPTER 64, ARTICLE 2
§ 2-228 Stay of further proceedings. The institution of a proceeding
under section 2-224 of this article shall serve to stay all further
proceedings in connection with the proposed incorporation of such
territory until the final determination thereof and the expiration of
the time within which to take an appeal with no appeal having been
taken.
