    SECTION 128

    Unconstitutional provisions

    Workers' Compensation (WKC) CHAPTER 67, ARTICLE 7

    § 128. Unconstitutional provisions. If any section or provision of
    this chapter be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid,
    the same shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole or any
    part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or
    invalid.
