Representation before the board
Workers' Compensation (WKC) CHAPTER 67, ARTICLE 9
§ 239. Representation before the board. Any person, firm, or
corporation licensed by the board under section twenty-four-a of this
article or subdivision three-b of section fifty of this chapter shall be
deemed to be authorized to appear in behalf of claimants or self insured
employers, as the case may be, in contested disability or family leave
claims under this article.
