    SECTION 97

    Inspections

    Workers' Compensation (WKC) CHAPTER 67, ARTICLE 6

    § 97. Inspections. The commissioners shall have the right to inspect
    the plants and establishments of employers insured in the state
    insurance fund; and the inspectors designated by the commissioners shall
    have free access to such premises during regular working hours.
