Two Area Cadets Recognized In Albany -- Cadet Andrew Bigelow of Hudson Falls and Cadet Robert Southerland of Salem were recognized recently in Albany during West Point Day. Cadets each year travel from the United States Military Academy at West Point to Albany where they meet local legislators, tour the State Capitol Building and are welcomed and recognized during the legislative sessions of the Senate and Assembly.
