Senator DeFrancisco Honors Fire Fighter of the Year Timothy R. Ellis

Senator DeFrancisco awards a NYS Resolution to Timothy R. Ellis, the FASNY Firefighter of the year for his bravery in the line of duty.  Ellis pulled Michael Argy from a burning building last summer.
