Special Committee of Inquiry on Hiram Monserrate's Conduct Releases its Recommendations

Today the Special Committee of Inquiry to investigate Hiram Monserrate's conduct, of which I am a member of, released our recommendations. We concluded that Senator Monserrate’s misconduct damages the integrity and the reputation of the New York State Senate and demonstrates a lack of fitness to serve in this body.
