State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) was pleased to honor the Scotia-Glenville Pipe Band with a New York State Senate Resolution on Feb. 9th at the State Capitol for the group placing third in the juvenile division of the World Pipe Band Championships, held in Glasgow, Scotland, on Aug. 15, 2009. Honorees included: Maureen Connor, Alex Allendorph, Ryker Bodo, Colin Dowd, Jackson Kovalchik, Hayden LaBelle, Michael Miller, Michael Soressi, Bryan Wilson, Colin Wilson, Joseph Wilson, Reid Perry, and instructor Eric MacNeill. Not photographed but a member of the group is Jess MacWilliams.
