Senator Kenneth P. LaValle was honored to deliver the commencement speech at the 2010 Empire State College, Long Island graduation.  Empire State is a unique learning institution that allows students to achieve their educational goals in a number of ways including online study and one-to-one instruction.  Senator LaValle congratulated the graduates on their accomplishment and encouraged them to dream big, pursue their goals, and always be true to themselves.
