Ovid - Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke before members of the Seneca County Federation of Sportsmen's Club where he honored Dieter Kraemer with a special New York State Resolution he enacted to recognized Dieter's 36 years of State service in both the Department of Corrections and the Department of Environmental Conservation.
