Geneva - Senator Mike Nozzolio recently presented a special New York State Resolution to Mary Herlihy Gearan upon the occasion of her receiving the Citizen of the Year Award from the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce. Senator Nozzolio noted Mary’s diligent leadership and unwavering service to her community.
