Victor - Senator Mike Nozzolio recently participated in the dedication of the new Rotary Picnic Shelter located in the Victor Municipal Park. The shelter was built with help from the Victor Farmington Rotary, Crane Hogan Structural Systems and New Energy Works Timber Framers.
