Senator Mike Nozzolio recently held a ceremony at the site of the future Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery to unveil the new Sampson Veterans Memorial Highway signs. The new signs will be placed at the intersection of 96A and 5 & 20 in Geneva and near the intersection of State Route 414 and 96A in Ovid. Senator Nozzolio has been instrumental in the establishment of the Veterans Memorial Cemetery and sponsored the legislation that dedicated part of State Route 96 leading to the cemetery as the Sampson Veterans Memorial Highway.
