Senator Young was joined by Jill Alcorn, President/CEO of the Genesee Valley Rural Preservation Council, Inc. and Livonia Mayor Calvin Lathan on a tour of Wildbriar Estates, an affordable housing complex for the elderly in Livonia that is under construction.
