Senator Carlucci Protects Voting Rights for New Yorkers Serving Abroad

It is unacceptable for our military who are bravely serving abroad, to not have their votes counted.  Today the Senate passed  legislation that will allow adequate time for military ballots to be sent and returned in the event of a special election.
