State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) is pleased to report that students from Montgomery and Schenectady Counties participated in the 2011 Legislative Student Art Exhibit, sponsored by the New York State Art Teachers Association. Their work was on display at the Legislative Office Building in Albany from Feb. 28th through March 4th. Senator Farley (left) presents Hailie Downing (middle) with a Certificate of Merit for participating in the 21st annual statewide art show. Hailie is a first grade student in the Fonda-Fultonville school district.
