Senator DeFrancisco Participates in Taiwanese Flag Raising Ceremony at City Hall

On October 7, 2011, Senator John A. DeFrancisco helped celebrate the 100th birthday of the Republic of China, know as Taiwan.
The Taiwanese flag was raised at Syracuse City Hall. Senator DeFrancisco spoke at the event.
