On March 2, 2011 Senator Bonacic met with  student artists being honored in the NYS Art Teachers Associations’ 21st Annual Student Art Exhibit in Albany. Senator Bonacic is pictured with Middletown City School  artist Alexis Meade;  her parents Mitch and Julie Meade, grandfather George Saines; her visual arts instructor Dana Herm and House Principal Jessica Turner.
