Annex The Mills at High Falls Ribbon Cutting

On Monday, September 19th, Senator Robach spoke at, and took part in, a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Annex The Mills at High Falls. Construction on the project started in April 2010, and was completed in July. The total cost of the project was $7.5 million. The buildings, located on State Street in downtown Rochester are anticipated to be fully occupied by the end of this year.
