Breaking Ground on Paul Wolk Common Apartments

On Friday, July 15th, I had the opportunity to speak at, and participate in, a ground breaking ceremony at the future site of the Paul Wolk Common Apartments on State Street in Rochester. The new Wolk Commons is an $8.5 million project that will create 45 mixed-use apartments, most of them for people with mental disabilities. Paul Wolk Commons is expected to open in Spring 2012.
