On Wednesday July 13, Senator Robach presented a certificate to Greece student Shaina Sarkis, who received the Stephen A. Segar Scholarship. The award was presented during the Epilepsy Foundation luncheon at Country Club of Rochester. Congratulations to all of this year's award winners and all the best on your future endeavors!
