On Friday, April 29th, the Town of Greece held a tree-planting ceremony in honor of Arbor Day. This year, the town planted a tree in memory of a good friend of mine, Ed Marianetti. I was honored to speak at the ceremony and take part in the planting of the tree, which is located in front of Town Hall. Ed's son, Brian, and Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks also provided remarks to a number of Ed's friends, who were in attendance. Pictured here, the family of Ed Marianetti plants the tree in his memory.
