Veterans Return from Honor Flight
Joseph E. Robach
May 16, 2011

On Sunday, May 15th, Senator Robach had the privilege to welcome back World War II veterans from their Honor Flight over the weekend. This was the second Honor Flight this year put on by Honor Flight Rochester. The organization's goal is to take every veteran, who otherwise could not or would not go, to Washington D.C. During the ceremony, students from Aquinas Institute, Canandaigua Academy, and Medina presented donations to Honor Flight Rochester. Thank you to all the brave men and women who have served our great country and who continue to fight for our freedom around the world.
