Albany, NY- State Senator Lee M. Zeldin (R, C, I- Shirley) joined with his colleagues of the Senate Republican Majority and the Assembly Republican Minority to call for the Assembly Majority to take action on the Property Tax Cap. Senator Zeldin was a co-sponsor of the Cap in the Senate which passed on January 31st, 2011. Joining Senator Zeldin (Above, Left) at the press conference was Heather Briccetti (Above, Right), Acting President and CEO of The Business Council of New York State.
