Senator Golden Honors Arthur DeCesario

Senator Golden attended a farewell celebration honoring Arthur DeCesario upon his retirement from the New York City Parks Department. He has worked for the Parks Department for more than 33 years and is retiring as District Manager of Parks District 10 in Brooklyn. Senator Golden presented him with a recognition from the New York State Senate.
