Seneca Falls - Senator Mike Nozzolio recently participated in a ceremony to recognize the efforts of Denise Conley, a staff member at the ARC and Steve Skordy, an ARC consumer. The ceremony was organized as a way to recognize the ARC for their work in developing protective undergarments for our military to protect our soldiers from attack by IEDs. There are at least six confirmed saves of United States military personnel who were protected by wearing these special garments.
