Waterloo – Continuing his long-standing advocacy for individuals with disabilities, Senator Mike Nozzolio recently participated in the official opening of the new Seneca Cayuga ARC complex in Waterloo. Senator Mike Nozzolio presented Kevin Smith, Executive Director of the Seneca Cayuga ARC, with a special New York State flag that was flown over the State Capitol building.
