Waterloo - Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke to members of the local National Rifle Association (NRA) at their 12^th annual dinner in Waterloo. Senator Nozzolio was recently awarded “Legislator of the Year” by the Shooters Committee on Political Education (SCOPE) in recognition of his efforts to protect our second amendment rights.
