Buffalo - Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke at the Shooters Committee On Political Education (SCOPE) 46^th annual awards banquet in Buffalo where he received the "SCOPE Legislator of the Year Award" in recognition of his efforts to preserve and protect every New Yorker's constitutional right to bear arms.
