Chairman of the New York State Senate Social Services Committee, Patrick M. Gallivan, was a featured speaker during the annual Association of New York State Youth Bureaus legislative meet and greet. Senator Gallivan met with young adults from across the state to discuss the vital role of youth bureaus in youth intervention, gang prevention, and leadership development.
