Representatives of PACC, Neighbors Helping Neighbors and the Fifth Avenue Committee met with Senator Montgomery to thank her for her support of tenant protection laws and all of her work to preserve affordable rental housing. Senator Montgomery is a sponsor of the Omnibus Tenant Protection Act (S.2783-A) that renews and strengthens safeguards for tenants.
