Ceremony for the new Student Leadership Center at Alfred State College

Dr. John M. Anderson, the President of Alfred State, and Senator Young spread mortar on the edges of the date stone to be set in the corner of the new Student Leadership Center at Alfred State College.  Patricia Fogarty, a member of the Alfred State College Council, joined them for the ceremony.
